Prompt next day A/C maintenance
Have nothing but awesome things to say about Lambert and especially the technician M Higuera who came out. He was so helpful in explaining how things worked. My heater was hot and then went to just blowing cold air. We immediately found the igniter to be bad. He went out and got a brand new identical model. Installed it, cleaned the flame sensor and things worked but stalled. So we went around trouble shooting things. Found out my filter was a bit too thick and causing issues.

Lambert has been really helpful with me. Needed help with my Nest thermostat install as customer service told me I could not do it by myself and would need help from a professional. Turned out parts were needed. They ordered the parts for me and came back to complete the install. Everything works fine now. Very responsive. Great service.

We've been using and recommending Lambert Heating and Air for almost 20 years. Alan installed our heating and AC system in our house when we first bought it and has been servicing it ever since. The unit came with a 10 year warranty so the few needed repairs/service in the first ten years were covered with no questions asked. And since then, the few repairs/services have been minimal and very fairly priced. I wish all contractors were like Alan and his team. You simply can't go wrong by selecting them to either install or repair your system.

I heard the AC unit turn on.
When Alan arrived, he was super friendly. I told him the situation and he immediately had questions since it didn't add up. He shared that he's been doing this a long time and wanted to take a look first. He has high standards and wanted to do his own due diligence. 10 minutes later, I heard the AC unit turn on. He discovered the problem and it was a bad thermostat.

Highly recommend as one of the companies out there with a competitive rate for services and attention to detail.
They made helpful recommendations for additional service/repair for our A/C unit, but still given their reasonable price for repairs, shopped around for a second opinion just because it's just a smart thing to do.
