Just had a split system installed by Alan and his crew.  I personally really care about the way the system is installed and that it looks good aesthetically. The representative was on time, very professional and courteous. He explained the situation in easy to understand terms. He explained that I need a new furnace and he showed me photos of the furnace and the wear that has accumulated. I’m looking forward to working with them to finish the job. Lambert installed our A/C unit a couple of years back.  They are really people we can trust.  Great but honest price, good warranty, very reliable service.  I won't go anywhere else. Alan and his crew were top notch from the beginning of the project to the end. To begin the project Alan showed up, introduced his crew and did a walk through of the job.  Before beginning he asked if we had any additional questions.  The crew showed up on time each day, took a short lunch break and worked through the end of the day.  There was never a question of when they would arrive or where they went.  Prior to placing each component of the unit inside and outside of our home the Lead Tech, Daniel, checked in with us to be sure that placement was were we wanted it so there were no surprises at the end.  Upon completion of the project Alan did a walk through, asked if we had any questions/concerns and showed us how to use the new unit. First, the office staff is great; both friendly and efficient whether I am calling for annual maintenance or emergency repair. Manny the service technician is the best!
